Thread: Gyms

    Default Gyms

What's your favorite gyms? I've only gone to Fitness Connection and Planet Fitness, which I like both of them for different reasons.

But, I got a new gym membership through BCBS, for $25/month, I can use almost any gym in the US (at least near me and in my hometown in Michigan).

So, makes me wonder if Gold's gym is all it seems, or if it's just roid ragers. Though, Gold's has a sauna.

Anyway, what's your favorite, and why?

    Here's the link too. https://fitnessblue.healthways.com/FitnessCenter/Search

    My gym is at home.

I don't think we have many calisthenic parks like some places where the weather is nicer!

What else do you need??? (Nothing!) All I do is run, bike, and hike, as main workouts. Every other workout I do some kind of abs or body, but always with stuff that either doesn't require equipment, or requires a good tree branch .

Lol, is that supposed to be a put down? I do not like muscles that bulge, Sappy. I like the slim fitness I have. I'll outrun you, you know.

I wasn't debating outdoor aerobics. I was endorsing it. I was debating outdoor anaerobic exercisesw

LA Fitness is pretty nice (and they have saunas), I used to go to one - Gold's is usually labeled as being for bodybuilders. Planet Fitness is good also but doesn't tend to have more amenities like LA Fitness such as a pool/hot tub or sauna, which every LA I've been in has.

I do go to a planet fitness due to proximity, though.
